Bleeding Rose

This art is not only visually aesthetic but also it challenges our thoughts at the same time. I do not know if there is an inner meaning of this art that was going on artist's mind while drawing it, but I find it has many dimensions of meaning and understanding for me.
Red is not only a vibrant color it is a color of life, blood and change. It gives an extra dimension to the entire art. The flower on the other hand sketched in black on white background - It is a rose and hence we generally assume the color red. But the artist gave it a black and white structure while giving the background red. The bleeding thus also black...or it looks like black.Which create sharp contrast to the red....it makes one think of pain,sacrifice and a rebellion...I might got carried away..but this painting has a story to tell...it defy rules..and become exception....
The co-existence of color and color-less is amazing..the story that the bleeding rose tells us has many layers than it meets the eyes....
